$295 PER NIGHT FOR UP TO FOUR PEOPLE IN THE CONDO.

CONDO CAN ACCOMMODATE UP TO SIX PEOPLE. EACH ADDITIONAL GUEST IS $75.00 PER PERSON PER NIGHT PLUS HAWAII STATE AND MAUI TAXES OF 17.65%.

EACH ADDITIONAL MAID FEE IS $190 PER DAY WITH LINENS. 

EMERGENCY ACCESS IF YOU LOSE YOUR KEY IS $175 PLUS COST OF THE KEY REPLACEMENT COLLECTED BY MAINTENANCE THAT PROVIDES ACCESS TO THE CONDO IF YOU LOSE THE KEY.

ALL RESERVATIONS ARE PAID IN FULL WHEN BOOKED.
 

CANCELATION POLICIES:

CANCELATION OF A RESERVATION THAT IS FOR 22 CONSECUTIVE DAYS OR MORE REGARDLESS OF WHEN CANCELED OR FOR RESERVATIONS THAT ARE CANCELED WITHIN 180 DAYS OF FIRST DATE OF ARRIVAL:

If a Guest has a reservation that is 22 consecutive days or more regardless of how much in advance it is canceled or if the a Guest cancels a reservation within 180 days of the first date of arrival of the reservation there are no refunds.  However, to the extent that any days in the reservation are rebooked and the reservation has been completed then the amount of each day or the rebooked reservation will be refunded less a $400.00 cancelation administration fee and less 4 % of the amount of the day(s) refunded. 

CANCELATION MORE THAN 180 DAYS OF FIRST DATE OF ARRIVAL OTHER THAN A RESERVATION THAT IS 22 CONSECUTIVE DAYS OR MORE:

If a guest cancels a reservation more than 180 days from the first date of arrival of the reservation the full amount of the reservation is refunded less a $400.00 cancelation administration fee and less 4% of the total amount of the reservation.
