Minimum Stay

Enjoy your Maui vacation at this beautifully stunning direct ocean front/beach front 2 bedroom, 2 bath home suite. Complete with spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and the islands of Molokai’i and Lanai. Amazing ocean and sunset views will greet you from the living room and the master bedroom and a peaceful garden view from the 2nd bedroom.

Extended Stay Rates Bookings Discounts

You can receive a 10% discount on all rates for any reservation of 22 days or longer. See below for terms and deposits applicable to extended stay.

Payments and Refund Policies

All reservations including extended stays payment in full must be received upon the date of the reservation. The reservation will be confirmed or rejected within 72 hours. All confirmations are subject to the funds being credited to my merchant account.

Cancelation Policy

CANCELLATION WITHIN 180 DAYS OF FIRST DATE OF ARRIVAL:

If a guest cancels a reservation within 180 days of the first date of arrival of the reservation there are no refunds. However, to the extent that any days in the canceled reservation are rebooked and the new reservation has been completed then those amounts will be refunded less a $300.00 cancellation administration fee and less 3.5% of the amount of the day(s) refunded.

CANCELLATION MORE THAN 180 DAYS OF FIRST DATE OF ARRIVAL:

If a guest cancels a reservation more than 180 days from the first date of arrival of the reservation the full amount of the reservation is refunded less a $300.00 cancellation administration fee and less 3.5% of the total amount of the reservation.

Condo Rules and Regulations

All guest to abide by and agree to be bound by the rules and regulations of Valley Isle Condo Homeowner’s Association. Any violation of the rules or regulations by the Guest that results in the guests having to leave the premises prior to the end of their stay, will not entitle the Guest to any refund nor result in any refund for any days in which guests had to leave the premises as a result of the Guest’s violation of the rules or regulations.

There is absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind in the Condo or in the Resort. There is a designated smoking area in the parking lot. There are no exceptions and violations are subject to a $75.00 fine for each violation and eviction from the condo without any refund.

Miscellaneous

Any reservations that are on “hold” will not be cancelled or released except for non-payment of the balance when due.

These terms and conditions are effective for all reservations taken after September 1, 2012. All reservations prior to that date shall be subject to the prior terms and conditions at the time the reservation was made.
